yup.. its a cardio vascular activity.. pero combine it with good nutrition para ma successful ka sa imo pag tang2x sa bil2x curt.. hehehe

nope.. thats a big mistake..
ang ingon rman na nila.. compared to theory.. and proven results... nko..
any activity that burns calories can help lose fat..
dli rna mka firm sa butt..

If people still believe na mka wla ug bilbil ang situps and other ab exercises.. then go..
Do a million situps..
I'll stick 2 my cardio and just 4 sets of 25 situps 2x per week.. and other weight lifting exercises..

curt.. para naa kay inspiration.. and everyone else.. hehehe
before 200 lbs

at 170s

at 160s

at 150s

Fat Loss Plateau Broken.. at 146

at 143 lbs..
