1st of all increase your metabolic rate.
how?
eat 5-6 balanced meals a day..
it is never called a meal without protein..
this way.. it will increase your metabolic rate...
If you eat 2-3 meals a day.. or maybe 1.. it will slowdown your metabolic rate..
thus resulting to a major problem with fat burning..
so.. let me give a sample of a "Meal"
here is an example of the 1st meal of the day..
based on a 120 lbs person
