Hello people...

I'll be giving out free information for the whole summer regarding nutrition.
Basically in gaining.. and fat loss.. (remember not to confuse yourself from weight loss and fat loss)
WEIGHT LOSS IS VERY EASY! Fat Loss is harder.. But sad to say.. gaining is waaaaaay tougher
I am not selling anything..

I can really help either both ways..
You won't have to starve yourself because i know what are the results of starving..
I won't be recommending any supplements.. nor any drug.. because I don't advertise any product..
because nothing beats the natural way of staying and living healthy

ladies:
Do you want the pussycat doll body? all it takes is just determination.
or you want to have your favorite celebrity bodies(angelina jolie, jessica alba, rachel stevens)? just a sample..YOU can get that..

guys:
Do you want your dream six pack abs?
Do you want to gain muscle without gaining too much fats?

I started at the age of 18 years old.. weighing 200+ lbs,
now I weigh around 140-150.. but right now is 150 to be exact around 12% of body fat. around 18lbs of fat..
The peak point I reached was at 138lbs.. around 8% body fat.,
I've been a natural bodybuilder for 2 years and 3 months straight..
I've been through different ways of fat loss and muscle gaining programs and nutrition programs..
I've tried using supplements.. and learned that nothing beats the natural way..

Things you will learn if you cooperate and understand..
1. Our Genetics.. each one has his/her own genetics, nutrition will vary through that.. as well as training programs.

Eat right and do some cardio.. it will help a lot..

1st of all increase your metabolic rate.
how?

eat 5-6 balanced meals a day..
it is never called a meal without protein..

this way.. it will increase your metabolic rate...

If you eat 2-3 meals a day.. or maybe 1.. it will slowdown your metabolic rate..
thus resulting to a major problem with fat burning..

so.. let me give a sample of a "Meal"
here is an example of the 1st meal of the day..
based on a 120 lbs person

Food Item                    Quantity               Calories       Protein     Carbs       Fat
Oat meal, quaker oats            2/3 cup              200                10            36        4
Eggs                          2 egg whites 1 whole         51         13.3     1.5         5
                                                       Total    251         23.3     37.5         9

and a 2nd meal.. brunch

Food Item                      Quantity                 Calories        Protein      Carbs     Fat
Wheat Bread                       2 slices                   132             6          24     2
Tuna                                    ½ can                      76               15             0       4
                                                        Total    208           21        24          6

now.. that wasn't so bad eithter...

gaining weight is easy.. if you say you'll gain fats.. but gaining muscle is the hardest..

you can gain easily by taking in more calories..
liquid calories will help a lot if a person can't eat that much..

for example:

a meal will constitute..

2 cups of rice around 48 grams of carbohydrates
and 1 lean steak around 20 grams of protein.

you'd probably be stuffed eating that..
so.. to take in extra carbohydrates.. you can drink juice
like a glass of juice would give an estimate of 18-20 grams of carbohydrates (refined sugar)

there that would help..

eating 5-6 meals with a meal like that.. it would be next to impossible that a person couldn't gain Wink

if he/she couldn't still gain..
thats the time he/she will have to sleep.. to atleast slow down the metabolic rate..
its very common on ectomorphs that they will really have a hard time gaining..
